Project idea, anyone want to help out?

my idea is i want to have multiple people each with a video camera and i want them all to start recording at the same time. The guidelines are as such
1) All cameramen must stat filming at 12 pm
2) Once you start recording, you cannot stop till the tape is up (Mini DV tape= 1 hour of footage)
3) Must be shot from the cameramans point of view
4) Interaction with enviorment and...
